Copolymer of Maleic and Acrylic Acid CAS No.: 26677-99-6 Properties: This product is a low molecular weight polyelectrolyte, a copolymer of maleic anhydride and acrylic acid by different proportion, possessing the excellent properties of both polyacrylic acid and polymaleic acid. It shows good dispersant performance against carbonate, and has good thermal stability, can be used under high temperature (300). This product shows good compatibility and certain synergistic effect when used together with other water treatment agents and shows obvious inhibition effect against phosphate scale. Because of its good performance of antiscale and thermal tolerance, it is widely used in fields such as low-pressure boiler, centralized heating, and centralized air-conditioner and circulating cool system. This product can also be used as chelating dispersants in weave and dyeing fields. Specification: Meet criterion of HG 2229-1991. Usage: This product is used in circulating cool water system, medium or lower pressure boiler and distillation system in which high temperature is usually encountered. It can be used alone or together with other organic phosphates. When used together, the effect will be better, and the dosage of 2-10mg/L is preferred. The dosage for use as weave and dyeing agents and accessory detergent should be determined by experiments. Package and Storage: 25kg in plastic barrel.
