The food grade magnesium chloride produced according to the National Standard of Food Grade Magnesium Chloride is launched on the market on May 1. The food grade magnesium chloride (solidifying agent of bean products) is new type additive especially developed for bean product enterprises, which raw material is natural pure magnesium chloride of the Qinghai Lake and which main content is more than 46%, without any harmful element and any pollution in production process, it is distinct from the traditional yellow magnesium chloride, in conformity with QB2604-2003 standard of food grade magnesium chloride and suitable for application in the bean product enterprises.
The product can fill the gap of food grade magnesium chloride in domestic market and is new generation of environmental solidifying agent for bean products.
