Alcohol Blowtorch
(1) Structure:
This blowtorch is composed by the eruptive tube, adjusting pole for air, nozzle, oil pot, kindling bowl and oiling hole (the sketch map shows).
(2) Working principle:
The firepower of this blowtorch is gotten by the high-temperature blaze of burning from the blending of alcohol with the air and steam.
(3) Method of using:
a. Open the screw at the oiling hole, and pour 150ml (volume is 200ml) cleanly alcohol. And then screw down the nut and rave about the blowtorch awhile to damp the lamp wick, and then loosen the adjustable pole of air to the low end.
b. Pour the alcohol to the kindling bowl and prepare to fire.
c. Ignite the alcohol of the kindling bowl by the match, when the alcohol exhaust the eruptive tube will spew fire and haves the sound hu. Finally, open the adjustable pole of air to the proper position. When the sound is strong, screw down the adjustable pole of air and start to work. If it doesnt spew fire, repeat the above method, still doesnt spew, the reasons should be found out.
3. The familiar fault and eliminating

4. Maintenance and security
(1) When use the blowtorch, any heat source is not allowed.
(2) When the volume of alcohol in the pot is only about 20mL, should stop using; if continue using, should add alcohol.
(3) When use, if the base is raised, should stop using, cant burn forcibly, or the body of the blowtorch will burst apart.
(4) When the blowtorch is working, should pay attention to the ambience, the temperature of the room shouldnt be too high.
(5) The lamp wick can be changed once in half year.
(6) After using the blowtorch, the hand cant touch it or will be scalded. When the body of the blowtorch cools down, swill the alcohol, put them back to the packing box and apparatus room.
