Detailed Product Description
MAJOR CHARACTERISTICS:1. The fire-retardant property based on SPPG-280 can reach the British Standard 5852 and US Standard 117. None black smoke or toxic compound like halogen hydride emits when put into flame. 2. Good technology adaptability, applicable to every machine model of slabstock or mold foam; and can well match to every kind of PU raw materials; 3. Foam density based on SPPG-280 can be altered flexibly in a large range, with good cell open function. All physical properties of foam will be improved. PPG-280 series is grafted fire-retardant group into its structure, which will combine firmly with PU molecule, both mechanical and chemical properties will be improved and better preserved as the useful life is extended. 4. The overall production cost will be greatly reduced (about 2-8%) by the optimization of formula that we offer, while keeping or even improving the original property. Because theres no need to use any fire-retardant agent and reduces about 40% common polyol, meanwhile decreases the dose of TDI. Technical Index of SPPG-280 series:
