Properties:

      Pure carbendazim is a white crystal powder,while technical is greyish or brownisl powder;begins sublime at 215-217'C,melts over 290'C and decomp at 360'C,insoluble in water,slightly soluble in acetone,chloroform and some other organic solvents,Soluble in minrtal acids and acetic acid ,forming relative salts,its chemical property is stable.

Uses:

Carbendazim is a systemic broad-spectrum fungicide controlling a wide range of pathogens such as scab of wheat,powdery mildew of cereable,blast of rice sheath blight of rice,smut of grain crops,rhizoctonia rot,anthracnose and fusarium wilt of cotton,sclerotinia blight of rape,melanows of sugar cane,leaf spot of peanut,powdery miloew and rot of cucurbits,melanows and rot of apple,scab of pear,stem blight of Asparagus,red spot of bean,etc.In addition,it can be used as a preservative in textile,paper-making,leathers,and painter industry as well as apresevative of fruits.

Toxicity:Low toxic,LD50 acute oral for rats is over 10,000mg/kg.
