General information:
Suzy print clear is a plastisol ink having very translucent look. It gives very clear wet look coating when printed either directly on fabric or on earlier printed plastisol ink. It can be used for printing zari mixed in clear gel to give full reflection of zari added. It gives non-tacky and non-sticky clear film coating when applied on fabrics.

Method of printing:
1) print the material directly without adding anything into it by screen by applying two strokes on the fabric.
2) or giving transparent glaze effect on any print, overlap the earlier print with clear gel & fuse it.
3)for printing zari (glitter), first mix glitter powder of fine particle size with clear gel and print through suitable mesh screen from which glitter powder can easily pass and fuse it.

Mesh of the screen:
This material can be printed by regular mesh screen but for printing sharp hair line prints use screen of 250 mesh. For glitter printing use 40 mesh screen.

Curing temperature:
The curing of fabric is done at 180 degress to 190 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or keep the silicon release paper above the print and fuse it (or iron it) from top of paper.

Cleaning of screen:
Cleaning of screen is done with kerosene or turpentine.

Precaution:
1. Do not add any material in this product or else it wont yield the desired effect or result.
2. Add about 1 to 2 percent reducer if required for reducing the viscosity.
