A Solvent Free 2 Components Polyurethane Grass Carpet Adhesive

Application Fields: It can be used indoors and outdoors for synthetic grass carpet bonding with shore elastic and highly strength. Tortoise Grass is suitable for the adhering industrial rubber floorings, sports area floor coverings and PVC coverings.

Substrates: The substrate must be smooth, dry, clean, free of cracks and pressure resistant.

Application:6 parts of Tortoise Grass and 1 part of hardener by weight should be mixed together for two minutes. Apply the mixture to a prepared substrate with suitable notched trowel. The mixtures application time is 20-40 minutes. After 5-8 hours it gets strength for mechanical effects. Adhesive should be spread both on covering and the sub floor if the sub floor is going to be faced with moisture.

Safety regulations: It is necessary to wear gloves and face guard while working with the product. Dont make products contact to your skin or eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of eye contact, look for medical advice. Keep product away from children.

Storage: In an isolated environment, in a dry place at 23 C; shelf life is 6 months; in airtight containers.

Application tools: A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1 serration
