"tortoise" parquet adhesive

Polyurethane parquet adhesive (2 components)

It can be used for fixing parquet (mosaic,10 mm solid, prefinished) and also is suitable for wooden paving blocks.

Substrates:


The substrate should be smooth, dry, clean, free of cracks ans pressure resistant. Absorbent substrate must be primed with tortoise as 014 primer. Unevan substrates should be levelled with a levelling compound.

Application:


6 parts of tortoise parquet and 1 part of hardener by weight should be mixed together for 2 minutes until the color of the mixture turns beige. Apply the mixture to a prepared substrate with a suitable notched trowel. To achieve better contact between the parquet and the substrate, a weight application is recommended.
Sanding of the parquet can be done after 24-28 hours.

Important remarks:


The heating system should have been in operation 10 before the application and it should be switched off during the application. The substrate temperature should not excede 20 c.
Use protective glasses and hand gloves. In case of skin contact, rinse with soap and water. Keep out of reach of children.
